This app provides the structure for daily accountability, historical challenge tracking, and community support.
Prohibited Behaviors
The core behaviors and substances we abstain from include — alcohol, caffiene, beef, pork, or chicken, gambling, mind altering drugs, nicotine, porn or sex, social media or YouTube, synthetic sugar, THC. The app also allows you to add your own personal behaviors that might not be included in the core list.
Progress > Perfection
We all have different vices we struggle to abstain from, and it is unreal to expect perfection. Progress day after day, month after month, challenge after challenge — that is the purpose of this challenge.
We provide in this app your historical tracking, to show this progress and effort over time.
